To upgrade from HDP 2.6.5 to CDP 7.1.5, you must migrate from HDP 2.6.5 to CDP 7.1.4 and then upgrade from CDP 7.1.4 to CDP 7.1.5. (HDP 2.6.5 --> CDP 7.1.4 --> CDP 7.1.5)
