Configuring SMM for basic authentication

To configure Streams Messaging Manager (SMM), you need to configure Prometheus username and password, and restart SMM.

Set the following configurations:
- Prometheus User (admin)
- Prometheus Password (the password you gave in the htpassword tool)
Restart SMM.
