Fixed Issues in Apache Hadoop

Review the list of Hadoop issues that are resolved in Cloudera Runtime 7.1.7 SP2.

CDPD-47385: In the same JVM a secondary DistributedFileSystem instance was not able to establish a connection from a secure to a non-secure cluster even though fallback to simple authentication is configured on the secure cluster.

A known appearance of this issue is a failure in the ExportSnapshot tool in HBase when it is used to export a data snapshot to a non-secure cluster from a secure one.
