- New Database support: Cloudera Runtime 7.1.9 SP2
now supports the following databases:
- MariaDB 11.4
- Oracle 26ai
- MySQL 8.4.6 Enterprise

- Re-added Support for Oracle 19c

Cloudera Runtime 7.1.9 SP2 re-introduces official platform support for the Oracle 19c database. This update aligns with Oracle’s extended support lifecycle, which continues Premier Support until December 31, 2029, and Extended Support until December 31, 2032.
You can now use Oracle 19c as a supported database backend for your cluster components and management services in this release. For more information, see Cloudera Support Matrix for detailed compatibility mappings.
