Behavioral changes denote a marked change in behavior from the previously released version to this version of Livy.

Summary:
Removed the CustomAuthenticationProvider class.
Previous behavior:
The CustomAuthenticationProvider class was available.
New behavior:
The CustomAuthenticationProvider class is no longer available. A client program may be interrupted by a NoSuchMethodError exception.
