CDPD-97860: S3A deadlock observed in IOStatistics EvaluatingStatisticsMap.entryset(): 7.3.1.706; Fixed an issue where a deadlock could occur in the S3A file system when processing I/O statistics concurrently. The underlying code was updated to avoid using a shared parallel stream pool, and now uses a safe sequential traversal to prevent threads from hanging.
