Known Issues Identified Before Cloudera Runtime 7.3.2
- CDPD-101357: Using Windows NFS Client to connect to
HDFS NFS gateway is not supported
- 7.1.7 and its SPs and CHFs, 7.1.8 and its
SPs and CHFs, 7.1.9 and its SPs and CHFs, 7.3.1 and its SPs and CHFs, and
7.3.2 and its SPs and CHFs
- When attempting to copy files larger than 1.5
MB from a Windows machine to an NFS mount point, the operation fails with
the
Can't read from the source file or disk error. However,
files smaller than 1 MB are copied successfully.
- Do the following steps:
- Windows to Linux Folder Sharing:
Share a folder from Windows and mount it on the same Linux host,
then perform the file copy operation within the Linux
environment.
- Linux File System Sharing: Share the
Linux file system and mount it on the Windows machine, then perform
the file copy operation within the Linux environment.
