Fixed issues

OPSX-7985: Cert-revoke operation in the Cloudera Data Services on premises cluster revokes the wrong certificates
If identical certificate names are used across different namespaces (for example, hs2-ingress-tls), the system cannot distinguish between them. Deleting or revoking a certificate in one namespace can misdirect operations to the wrong certificate in another namespace or break status tracking entirely for one of the certificates. Successfully revoked certificates then do not get renewed by cert-manager and the workloads using them become unreachable.
This issue is now resolved.
OPSX-8045: The k8tz was not upgraded when performing a sequential upgrade from Cloudera Data Services on premises 1.5.5 → 1.5.5 SP1 → 1.5.5 SP2.
When you perform a sequential upgrade from Cloudera Data Services on premises 1.5.5 → 1.5.5 SP1 → 1.5.5 SP2, the k8tz Kubernetes admission controller image was not upgraded from 0.17.1 to 0.17.1-cldr. The helm list -A has a limit on how many items it can display.
This issue is now resolved.
