You can back up Atlas data by backing-up HBase tables.

Stop Atlas service from Ambari.

Setup Kerberos credentials. Locate the atlas user’s keytab and use kinit to
cache the kerberos ticket for atlas user. For example,
kinit -kt path/to/atlas.service.keytab atlas/hostname@domain
