Forwarding heartbeats and acknowledge requests to Kafka

Edge Flow Manager integrates with Kafka to store heartbeats and acknowledgements, so those can be used for further analysis.

The goal of the test is to see the level of performance degradation due to the extra operation overhead done by the Edge Flow Manager.
