Sensitive properties in configuration override files are not encrypted

In in MiNiFi C++ Agent versions 1.26.02 and 1.26.02-h1, the encrypt-config tool encrypts sensitive properties only in the main minifi.properties file. Sensitive properties stored in configuration override files under minifi.properties.d are not encrypted.

MiNiFi C++ crash with multiple concurrent tasks
