Streams Messaging Manager Health Tests

This Streams Messaging Manager service-level health test checks for the presence of a running, healthy Streams Messaging Manager Rest Admin Server. The test returns "Bad" health if the service is running and the Streams Messaging Manager Rest Admin Server is not running. In all other cases it returns the health of the Streams Messaging Manager Rest Admin Server. A failure of this health test indicates a stopped or unhealthy Streams Messaging Manager Rest Admin Server. Check the status of the Streams Messaging Manager Rest Admin Server for more information.
