Using CLI

Learn how to update your Cloudera Data Engineering repository's TLS certificate using CDE CLI.

  1. Make sure that CDE CLI is configured.
  2. Open CDE CLI terminal.
  3. Run the following command to update repository's TLS certificate. 
    ./cde repository update --name "[***REPOSITORY-NAME***]" --repository-tls-certs "[***PATH-TO-CERT-PEM-FILE***]"
    Provide the values for the following parameters:
    • --name – The repository name.
    • --repository-tls-certs - Path to PEM file containing the TLS certificate bundle for the repository.

    Example,

    ./cde repository update --name "test-repo" --repository-tls-certs "/Users/bdesu/latest-cert.pem"
