Spark 3.3 deprecation

Following Apache Spark 3.3’s End of Support (EOS) in August 2026, Cloudera Data Engineering 1.5.5 SP4 has removed support for Spark 3.3 in CDH 7.1.9.

Cloudera recommends migrating your workloads to Spark 3.5.x to benefit from the latest Spark capabilities and ensure continued support. For more information, see Cloudera Data Engineering Runtime end of support for Spark.
