Troubleshooting resume failures

If the resume operation fails, try the resume operation once again before raising a support ticket. The procedure describes how to troubleshoot a failed resume operation, and how to debug without a diagnostic bundle.

  1. Check if there are error messages in the CLI or API output.
  2. If there are errors in the output, retry the resume operation once again.
  3. If the resume operation is still not successful, navigate to your cloud vendor account and check the EKS or AKS cluster state.
  4. Raise a Support ticket with the cloud vendor error messages and the Cloudera Data Engineering event logs.
