Deprecation notices in Cloudera Data Warehouse on cloud

Azure v1–v4 VM instance types are deprecated
The Standard_E16_v3 and Standard_E16ds_v4 compute instance types and the Standard_D8s_v3 shared services instance type for Cloudera Data Warehouse are now deprecated to align with Microsoft Azure's deprecation of v1–v4 VM series. The Standard_E16_v3 and Standard_E16ds_v4 instance types are no longer available for selection, and the shared services instance type has changed from Standard_D8s_v3 to Standard_D8ds_v5.
