This CDH 5 Quick Start Guide is for Apache Hadoop developers and system administrators who want to evaluate Cloudera's Distribution Including Apache Hadoop. It describes how to quickly install Apache Hadoop and CDH components from a Yum, Apt, or zypper/YaST repository on a single Linux node in pseudo-distributed mode.
