Deleting a Hybrid Environment through the User Interface

Delete a hybrid environment through the UI.

  • EnvironmentCreator
  1. Go to Cloudera Management Console for Cloudera on cloud.
  2. Select Environments.
    • Delete from the list of environments
      1. Select the hybrid environment you want to delete.
      2. Click Actions in the top right corner and select Delete.
    • Delete from the environment details
      1. Click the icon at the end of the row.
      2. Select Delete Environment.
  3. In the modal window, enter the name of the hybrid environment in the Hybrid environment name field.
  4. In the modal window, select the Force delete hybrid environment slider if you want to remove Cloudera resources from Cloudera, but leave cloud provider resources running.
  5. Download the necessary cleanup files.
  6. Select the I have downloaded all the Kerberos and Data Lake clean-up files checkbox.
  7. Select the I understand that deleting the hybrid environment and optionally all connected resources cannot be undone checkbox to acknowledge the warning.
  8. Click Delete.
The hybrid environment and all connected resources have been deleted.
