Turning off ML Runtimes add-ons

ML Runtimes add-ons is turned on by default. However, you can disable ML Runtimes add-ons.

Select Site Administration > Settings.
Under Feature Flags, uncheck the checkbox next to Allow users to Run ML Runtimes add-ons.
