MCP server tools

Registered MCP server tools and capabilities provide access to tool names, functional descriptions, and input schemas for inspection and workflow integration.

For every tool that is discovered, you can review the following details:

Tool name – The unique identifier used to invoke the tool.
Description – A summary of the tool function.
Input Schema – A list of the required and optional parameters.
