S3 reader tool

Create a custom tool to connect to AWS S3 buckets within workbenches where Ranger Authorization Service (RAZ) is enabled.

Creating the S3 reader tool has the following key requirements:

• Connection snippets must be available at https://pypi.org/project/raz-client/.
• RAZ must be enabled. For instructions on enabling RAZ in your environment, see Registering a RAZ-enabled AWS.
• You must configure the necessary permissions in Ranger to successfully perform S3 operations.
