Force delete a Cloudera AI Registry

If the AI Registry remains in the Cloudera AI Registries list and cannot be deleted, you can force delete the Cloudera AI Registry using CDP CLI command or UI:

Using CDP CLI:

cdp ml delete-model-registry --model-registry-crn <AI REGISTRY CRN> --force

Using UI:
1. In the Cloudera console, click the Cloudera AI tile.
  The Cloudera AI Workbenches page displays.
2. Select AI Registries in the left navigation pane to display the AI Registries window.
3. Choose the Cloudera AI Registry you want to delete.

  When you force delete an AI Registry, the registry is removed. However, this action does not guarantee that all underlying cloud resources are also cleaned up. To ensure a complete cleanup, you must manually verify and delete any remaining resources in your Cloud Service Provider account. You must obtain the Liftie ID of the registry to locate and delete the associated resources. Navigate to AI Registries > Events and Logs > View Event Logs to find the Liftie ID in the event history. 4. From the Actions menu, choose Delete.
5. Select the Force Delete checkbox.
6. Click OK.
