Behavioral changes for Cloudera AI Registry 1.16.0-h2000-b5 and Cloudera AI Inference service 1.13.0-h2000-b17 introduce functional adjustments to the components.

DSE-43586: Security: Configurable Model Hub Visibility
Previously, the Model Hub displayed the entire catalog of available models to all users, without administrative control over model visibility. Now, administrators can control which models appear in the Model Hub. Non-admin users see only the subset of models explicitly enabled by an administrator.

Note for users: If you expect to see a model in the Model Hub but it is not visible, contact your Cloudera AI administrator to verify the model visibility configuration.
