Prerequisites : Workbench Requirements

You must be aware of the prerequisites required for using Service Account in Agent Studio.

The following prerequisites must be met to execute a workload as a machine user:

  1. Entitlement Check: The MLServiceAccountM2 entitlement is required and must be enabled to pass the Entitlement Check.
  2. Authorization Requirements: Only Site Admins and Project Admins of the relevant project are authorized to access this. The logged-in user must have one of these roles.
  3. An individual machine user must meet the following criteria to be considered as a valid collaborator:
    • Machine user flag must be set to true.
    • Machine user must not be deactivated or banned.
    • Machine user must be a direct collaborator on the project.
    • Machine user must have operator or admin permissions on the project.
  4. A machine user's permissions are determined when they are part of a team that collaborates on a project. The following conditions must be met:
    • Machine user is a member of the project's collaborating team.
    • Machine user is not deactivated or banned.
    • The level of permission inherited depends on the team's project permission setting:
      • If the team's project permission is inherit, then the machine user must individually have operator or admin permission at the member level.
      • If the team's project permission is operator or admin, then the machine user directly inherits the team's permission level.
