Collecting Private Cloud Diagnostics

You can collect diagnostic information for your private cloud and send it to Cloudera customer support for troubleshooting.

  1. In the Management Console, click Administration in the left navigation panel, then click the Diagnostic Data tab.
  2. Click the Collect And Send Diagnostic Data button.
    If your system is connected to the internet, Management Console collects the diagnostic data and sends it to Cloudera customer support.
  3. If your system is not connected to the internet, click the Download Last Collected button.
    Specify the name and location of the diagnostic data log file. Send that file to Cloudera customer support.
