Adding MLWorkspaceUser Resource role

To add the MLWorkspaceUser Resource role to your Cloudera AI Workbenches, you must log in to the Cloudera AI web interface and access the Manage Access settings for the workbench.

This process ensures the machine user has the correct permissions for environment monitoring.

1. Log in to Cloudera AI UI.
2. Click Cloudera AI Workbenches.
3. For the workbench you want to monitor, click Actions > Manage Access.
4. Search the observability machine user created in the Creating Cloudera Observability machine user section.
5. Select MLWorkspaceUser Resource roles.
6. Click Update Roles.
