Known Issues

This section lists known issues that you might run into while using the Replication Manager service.

CDPAM-2174

Error appears when you add a cluster on the Management Console > Clusters page if the Cloudera Manager instance of the cluster has multiple clusters because CDP Private Cloud Data Services 1.4.1 does not support Cloudera Manager instances that have multiple clusters.

DMX-1771

Replication between clusters fails if one or both clusters are Auto-TLS enabled and the Cloudera Manager instances do not trust each other by default.

Configure the SSL/TLS certificate exchange manually between the Cloudera Manager instances.

OPSAPS-61643

Hive replication policies between Auto-TLS enabled clusters fail with the following error:

Error connecting: IOError, Certificate Authority ca_certs file "{{CM_AUTO_TLS}}" is not
          readable, cannot validate SSL certificates.
Not connected to Impala, could not execute queries.

Edit the Hive replication policy, clear the Invalidate Impala Metadata on Destination option on the Advanced tab, save and run the policy.
