Enabling YARN Ranger authorization support

Enable the YARN Ranger authorization support feature if you want to set different YARN policies for different Data Hub clusters.

  1. In Cloudera Manager, navigate to YARN > Configuration.
  2. Search for ranger service.
  3. Find the Ranger Service Name property.
  4. Set the Ranger service using the following pattern: <ClusterName>_yarn
  5. Click Save Changes and restart the YARN service.
