Fixed Issues in Cloud Connectors

Review the list of Cloud Connectors issues that are resolved in Cloudera Runtime 7.2.11.

CDPD-27264: HADOOP-17771. S3A Fileystem creation fails "Unable to find a region via the region provider chain.".

This issue is resolved.

CDPD-26548: HADOOP-17338. Intermittent S3AInputStream failures: Premature end of Content-Length.

This issue is resolved.

CDPD-26441: S3A to add option fs.s3a.endpoint.region to set AWS region.

This introduces fs.s3a.endpoint.region, which can be used to set the region of the S3 bucket, and bypasses the parsing of the region from an endpoint.

CDPD-24982: HADOOP-17801. No error message printed in hadoop fs command line operations when S3 bucket does not exist.

This issue is resolved.

CDPD-24496: HADOOP-17511. Add an Audit plugin point for S3A auditing.
