Stop the NFS Gateway services

Learn how to stop the NFS Gateway services. Before stopping the NFS Gateway services, all NFS mount points must be unmounted.

  1. Bring down all NFS mount points. 
    sudo umount {mountPoint}
  2. Perform the following steps to stop the NFS Gateway services:
    1. In the Cloudera Manager Admin Console, go to Clusters > HDFS service.
    2. Navigate to the Instances tab and search for NFS Gateway.
    3. Select Stop from the drop down menu.
