Prerequisites

The following prerequisites are required for Apache Ranger HA.

• Copy the keystore/truststore files into a different location (e.g. /etc/security/serverKeys) than the /etc/<component>/conf folder.

• Ensure that the JKS file names are unique.

• Ensure that the correct permissions are applied.

• Ensure that passwords are secured.
