Cloudera on Cloud Runtime

Cloudera Runtime is the core open-source software distribution within the Cloudera platform. It includes approximately 50 open-source projects that form the foundation of Cloudera’s data management tools.

The Cloudera platform consists of Cloudera Runtime, Cloudera Manager, and (depending on your installed configuration) additional services that are documented separately.

• The Cloudera Manager documentation provides information on the centralized management software for installing, configuring, and monitoring clusters running Cloudera services, both on premises and in the cloud.
