Upgrading Apache Spark 3.5.4 to Spark 3.5.8

Cluster and application considerations when Cloudera Runtime rebases bundled Spark from 3.5.4 to 3.5.8.

Apache Spark 3.5.8 ships with Cloudera Runtime 7.3.2.10000 SP1 and higher service packs on the 7.3.2 line (previously 3.5.4 in Cloudera Runtime 7.3.2.0). This is a maintenance rebase: cluster upgrade steps follow your normal Runtime service pack process; application owners should still validate workloads.
