Known issues in Ozone parcel 718.2.5

You must be aware of the known issues and limitations, the areas of impact, and workaround in Ozone parcel.

OPSAPS-69859: Cloudera Manager does not generate correct configurations in a non-HA cluster. This causes the Hadoop DistCp operation to fail. You must use the workaround if you are on Cloudera Manager 7.11.3 Cumulative hotfix 6 and below.
  1. Log in to Cloudera Manager.
  2. Navigate to Clusters > Ozone.
  3. Click the Configuration tab.
  4. In the search bar, search for the Ozone Client Advanced Configuration Snippet (Safety Valve) for ozone-conf/ozone-site.xml property.
  5. Add the following key-value pairs:
    1. ozone.om.service.ids = <Ozone Service ID>
    2. ozone.om.address = <OM primordial node with port number >
    3. ozone.om.nodes.<ozone-service-id> = <valve>
    4. ozone.om.address.<ozone-service-id>.<om-service-id> = <OM primordial node with port number>
  6. Click Save Changes.
  7. Restart the stale configuration.
