What’s New in this Release

New features and changes for DAS/DAS-Lite have been introduced in the 1.2.0 release, along with documentation updates.

  • DAS is supported on HDP 3.1.0
  • DAS is supported on HDP 2.6.5
  • Passwords are stored in jceks files
  • Stability fixes for the DAS Event Processor
  • Starting 1.2.0, DAS/DAS-Lite can be installed in standalone clusters. You can, optionally, install the DAS-DP App on the DataPlane Platform.
  • The documentation provides recommended hardware requirements to install DAS/DAS-Lite.
