Initialize the target DP host

Copy the public and private key files from the source host to the target host:
/usr/dp/current/core/bin/certs/ssl-cert.pem /usr/dp/current/core/bin/certs/ssl-key.pem

On the target host, edit
/usr/dp/current/core/bin/config.env.sh
file and set to the above:DATAPLANE_CERTIFICATE_PUBLIC_KEY_PATH DATAPLANE_CERTIFICATE_PRIVATE_KEY_PATH
NoteLeave USE_EXTERNAL_DB set to no and do not configure the target host to use the external database at this time. Otherwise, the external database will be reset, losing your DP information. -
On the target host, initialize the deployment.
dpdeploy init --all

Stop the DP instance on source host if it is still running so that no new changes are happening to the instance.
dpdeploy stop

Copy the keystore from the source host to the target host:
/usr/dp/current/core/bin/certs/dp-keystore.jceks

Replace
config.env.sh
from/usr/dp/current/core/bin/
of target host with/usr/dp/current/core/bin/config.env.sh
of the source host. -
On the target host, stop the DP instance:
dpdeploy stop

Start the DP instance on the target host and be sure to enter the same Master Password that was used with your source host:
dpdeploy start
