CHF16. If you are using either the Ubuntu 22 or SLES 15 operating system, then do not update
from Cloudera Manager 7.11.3 CHF15 to Cloudera Manager 7.11.3 CHF16.
To proceed with updating to CDP 7.1.9 SP1 CHF9, you must update from Cloudera Manager 7.11.3
CHF15 to Cloudera Manager 7.13.1 CHF4 (7.13.1.400). A Prerequisite to updating to Cloudera
Manager 7.13.1 CHF4 is installing Python 3.11 on all hosts.
