Configure advanced TLS controls for YARN

YARN provides fine-grained, explicit control over TLS configurations through Cloudera Manager.

Administrators can explicitly specify the allowed TLS versions and allowed cipher suites through an inclusion list model, instead of relying on hard-to-read regex exclusion patterns. Furthermore, the certificate generation for YARN web container endpoints is automated when full-port encryption is enabled.
