Supported Upgrade Matrix
Review the critical Upgrade rules and prerequisites for Cloudera Data Services on premises SP4 release before you plan your upgrade scenarios.
Starting Cloudera Data Services on premises SP4 release, you must review the
following information while performing the upgrade process on your Cloudera Embedded Container Service cluster:
- When you enable the feature flag (
longhorn_multihop_enabled) for the Multi-hop Longhorn upgrade, you can upgrade from Cloudera Data Services on premises 1.5.5 SP2 version to Cloudera Data Services on premises 1.5.5 SP4. For more information, see Enabling multi-hop Longhorn upgrade. - When you do not enable the feature flag for the Multi-hop Longhorn upgrade process, you must use the sequential upgrade process starting from Cloudera Data Services on premises 1.5.5 SP3 latest releases → SP4.
