Repairing the MariaDB Admin Database
If you are updating MariaDB to version 11.x from any lower version, you must repair the SQL Stream Builder admin database schema before starting the service.
When you update MariaDB to version 11.x from any lower version, the Flyway database migration scripts diverge from the MySQL scripts.
Because some SQL scripts have changed to maintain compatibility with MariaDB 11.x, you must run the Repair Admin Database script in Cloudera Manager before starting the new Cloudera SQL Stream Builder instance. This repairs the schema history checksums.
Additionally, for MariaDB 11.4.2 and higher versions, you must ensure that the mariadb-connector-java.jar file is added to the Cloudera SQL Stream Builder classpath.
