Editing test session configuration

After suspending a test session, you can modify the configuration of the NiFi underlying cluster.

  • Make sure that you have DFDeveloper permission to perform this task. For information on account and resource roles, see Cloudera Data Flow Authorization.
  • You have a suspended test session in Flow Designer.
In Flow Designer, go to Flow Options > Test Session > Edit

You can update:

  • NiFi runtime version
  • Inbound connection configuration
  • Custom NAR configuration
  • Custom Python configuration
  • NiFi node sizing
When you are finished with updating test session configuration, you can restart the test session.
