Using Snappy for Hive Compression

To enable Snappy compression for Hive output when creating SequenceFile outputs, use the following settings:

SET hive.exec.compress.output=true;
SET mapred.output.compression.codec=org.apache.hadoop.io.compress.SnappyCodec;
SET mapred.output.compression.type=BLOCK;
