OPSAPS-72288: Spark 3 dependency extension for Livy for Spark 3
Previous behavior:

Livy for Spark 3 duplicated some Spark 3 paths in its own Cloudera Manager service descriptor, including the spark_pyspark_executable_path parameter.

New behavior:

Livy for Spark 3 uses a Spark 3 dependency extension in Cloudera Manager. Shared variables are inherited from the Spark 3 service, and you no longer maintain a separate spark_pyspark_executable_path value on the Livy service.

Summary: Livy server default JVM trust store password for BCFKS cacerts
Previous behavior:

Livy for Spark 3 did not set javax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword when the JVM default trust store was BCFKS, which could cause the Livy server to fail on FIPS 140-3 clusters.

New behavior:

When livy.ssl.defaultTrustStorePassword is set, the Livy server sets javax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword if it is not already defined. See Spark and Livy on FIPS 140-3 clusters.
