Kafka Patches

This release provides Kafka 2.3.1 and the listed Apache patches.

• KAFKA-5462: Add a configuration for users to specify a template for building a custom principal name.
• KAFKA-8860: SslPrincipalMapper should handle distinguished names with spaces.
