1.2.12. Verify the HDFS Components
Make sure you have the correct components showing in HDFS.
Go to
Ambari Web UI > Services, then selectHDFS.Check the Summary panel and make sure that the first three lines look like this:
NameNode
SNameNode
DataNodes
You should not see any line for JournalNodes.
