Once logged in, the list of bundles is available from the “Bundles” link. This page shows all bundles that have been collected and their status. If data is still being collected, the UI will automatically update itself with the progress of the capture process until completed. Once a bundle is in a completed state, it is ready for download.

Once downloaded, the bundle can be uploaded to Support for Support Case Troubleshooting, or to the SmartSense Environment for SmartSense Analysis by following the steps outlined in the following sections:
