CDP Private Cloud Data Services is the framework that lets you deploy and use the growing collection of Cloudera data services. CDP Private Cloud Data Services 1.5.0 requires Cloudera Manager 7.9.5 and CDP Private Cloud Base 7.1.8 or CDP Private Cloud Base 7.1.7 SP1 or SP2.

The Cloudera Manager 7.9.5-h1 hotfix is required for Cloudera Runtime 7.1.7 SP2 for the following two use cases:

• If you are updating from CDP Private Cloud Data Services 1.4.0-H1 or 1.4.1.
• If you are upgrading from earlier Cloudera Manager versions that did not support CDP Private Cloud Data Services (such as Cloudera Manager 7.6.7).
