Engine Upgrade 1.6.1

Cloudera Data Science Workbench 1.6.1 (and later) ships version 10 of the base engine image.

Cloudera Data Science Workbench 1.6.1 (and later) ships version 10 of the base engine image which includes the following versions of R and Python:

R - 3.5.1
Python - 2.7.17, 3.6.9

Engine 10 uses Ubuntu 18.04 as its base operating system. This is an upgrade from Engine 8 which used Ubuntu 16.04.
