Fixed an issue where long-running Spark applications started from Livy would run out of memory.

CDPD-74407: Livy - Large long running orphaned Spark session job

Fixed an issue where a duplicate session in Livy would not be stopped when exception is thrown. Such sessions are properly stopped and no longer utilize resources.
