Managing cluster reports

The steps that enable you to receive daily, weekly, and monthly reports that help you track and identify changes that could be or become potential problems with your jobs and queries. When enabled, reports that compare your jobs and queries with historical data collected from the previous reporting period are sent to the email addresses that you configure.

Describes how to manage cluster reports.

Log in to the Cloudera Observability web UI.
On the Environments page, locate the environment for the report.

tip
You can reduce the number of environments by selecting the environment type from the All Environments list.
To enable Cluster reports, click Actions > Manage Cluster Report Emails.

Manage Observability Reporting window opens.
In the Send reports to individuals or groups field, add the email list.
Select Daily, weekly, or Monthly from the Frequency field. You can select all three together.
Under Enabled emails, you will see the selected emails and their frequency to receive the cluster reports. You can also delete the emails and groups by clicking the delete option.
Click Enable.
